Justification before migration
Not every system needs to move to the cloud, and migrations should not all follow the same pattern. We assess the current architecture, dependencies, regulatory requirements, workload profile and cost. That evidence defines the target model and sequence of change.
Decisions cover more than the choice of AWS or Google Cloud services. They include access, data, networking, backups, observability and operational ownership.
Scope of support
- assessment of the current environment and its risks
- cloud strategy and target architecture
- application and data migration planning and execution
- infrastructure and deployment automation
- security, monitoring and disaster-recovery configuration
- performance, availability and cost optimisation
Control after go-live
After launch, we verify system behaviour using metrics and actual consumption. Budgets, alerts, change policies and regular cost reviews keep both the cloud bill and operational risk visible.
The client team receives architecture documentation, operating procedures and knowledge transfer. We can also provide ongoing management or support the internal team within an agreed scope.
