Before implementation, we establish what the application must achieve, who will use it and which systems it must integrate with. This separates critical requirements from features that can safely wait.
Architecture is selected for expected load, security requirements, available skills and long-term development cost. We do not add complexity without a clear reason.

Delivery method
A project begins with a short diagnostic stage. We then define the technical solution and implementation order before delivering small increments that users or the client team can verify.
Quality is not a separate final stage. Code review, testing, observability and change control are built into the everyday engineering process.
What the client receives
The client receives working software together with source code, documentation, deployment configuration and the knowledge required for further development. If we remain responsible for maintenance, service levels, ownership and incident response are agreed explicitly.
