Information on processing of personal data

For job applicants

  1. 1. The controller of your personal data is CloudTech Consulting Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Postępu 17D, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department under KRS number 0000965893, with NIP number 5213964457, with share capital of PLN 50 000 (hereinafter: "the Company").   2. 2. The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of:
    • Carrying out the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
    • Fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
    • Realization of the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), i.e. defense against claims and liability (including administrative or criminal liability), proving compliance with the principle of non-discrimination, ensuring personnel with the necessary competencies (including education, qualifications, experience) to perform work of a specific type or at a specific position. In other cases, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, e.g. when you voluntarily share your interests with us in the content of your CV (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or information about your world view or health (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR).
