Information on processing of personal data

For job applicants

1. 1. The controller of your personal data is CloudTech Consulting Sp z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Postępu 17D, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department under KRS number 0000965893, with NIP number 5213964457, with share capital of PLN 50 000 (hereinafter: "the Company"). 2. 2. The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of:
   • Carrying out the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
   • Fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the controller (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
   • Realization of the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), i.e. defense against claims and liability (including administrative or criminal liability), proving compliance with the principle of non-discrimination, ensuring personnel with the necessary competencies (including education, qualifications, experience) to perform work of a specific type or at a specific position. In other cases, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent, e.g. when you voluntarily share your interests with us in the content of your CV (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or information about your world view or health (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). However, we stipulate that we do not require such inform

3. Failure to provide mandatory personal data within the scope resulting from Article 22(1) of the Labour Code, as well as other legal provisions, may result in your participation in the recruitment not being possible. Providing personal data in the remaining scope is voluntary.

5. Your personal data will be processed (including stored) for the period necessary for the recruitment process for the position you applied for. After the end of the recruitment process, personal data of candidates who are not selected shall be immediately deleted. If further processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of defending against claims, they will be processed until the statute of limitations for the claims or the end of legal proceedings.
6. If you consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of other (including future) recruitment, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than for 2 years. If you take part in another recruitment within this period, your personal data will be processed according to the principles described above.
7. You have the right to: demand access to your personal data, correct incorrect or incomplete personal data, demand erasure of personal data, limit processing or object to processing of personal data, transfer personal data, the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8. At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (where the processing of personal data is based on your consent).
9. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing, which took place before the withdrawal of consent.
10. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling. Your personal data will also not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
